You may submit as many candidates and employers as you wish.
You cannot refer yourself and be eligible for the reward.
A qualified referral is a candidate or employer who is not already in The Cydio
Group's database. For referral purposes, one employer is defined as one
business office.
For candidate referrals, the reward will be paid out upon the first successful
placement of the referred candidate. A successful placement entails that the
employment situation must persist for a minimum of 3 months before reward
payment is made.
For employer referrals, the reward will be paid out upon the first successful
full-time placement with that referred employer. A successful placement entails
that the employment situation must persist for a minimum of 3 months before
reward payment is made. The reward payment for referred employers that utilize
a contractor will be paid after 3 months (minimum 480 hours) of service.
Subsequent placements for the same referral are not applicable for reward
payment.
The Cydio Group Referral Program may end at any time without notice. Referrals
submitted before the end date will still be honored.
